For the ones who haven’t ever watched it, anime might sound like just another cartoon series with slapstick humor and over-the-top animation. But, anime has always had its loyal fans, who are quite aware of the range and quality of stories that anime has to offer.

India’s emergence as one of the largest anime fandoms can be attributed to several factors and insights:

    Back in early 2000s, we are only dependent on channels like Cartoon Network and Hungama for some quality anime series like Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, Naruto etc. But now streaming platforms and online communities are allowing people to discover and engage with anime content easily. The availability of high-speed internet and affordable smartphones has played a crucial role in facilitating the growth of the anime fandom in India.
